Week 12

Baby's now the size of a plum!As you move into the second trimester, baby shifts into the growth and maturation stage. After weeks in the critical development stage, almost all of her systems are fully formed.

Big week for growth...especially when "shim" started off as a poppyseed! It's been a great week! My tiredness has definitely diminished and overall I feel great! I hope this is what the next few weeks bring as we move into the second trimester next weekend! I can't believe how fast it's going already! This coming week should be eventful as this is the week of Christmas! It's hard to believe that next Christmas we will have a little baby to share the holiday with! What a difference a year will make!
